What is form and its uses?
A form in Access is a database object that you can use to create a user interface for a database application. A “bound” form is one that is directly connected to a data source such as a table or query, and can be used to enter, edit, or display data from that data source.
How do I create a database form?
To create a form from a table or query in your database, in the Navigation Pane, click the table or query that contains the data for your form, and on the Creation tab, click Form. Access creates a form and displays it in Layout view.
How do you create a simple form in Access?
In the Navigation pane, select the table you want to use to create a form.
Select the Creation tab, locate the Forms group, and click the Form command.
Your form will be created and opened in Layout view.
