I have been working with PDF filler for a couple of months now and am very satisfied with both the ease of use and the results. I find PDF filler to be an excellent substitute for other products which are much more expensive.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Italicize the title of a self-contained whole (e.g. a book, film, journal, or website). Use quotation marks around the title if it is part of a larger work (e.g. a chapter of a book, an article in a journal, or a page on a website).
List the full title as it is written on the source. Italicize titles if the source is self-contained and independent. Place titles in quotation marks if the source is part of a larger work. Sometimes titles will contain other titles.
Place the title of the assignment in the center of the page. Use italics for the titles of any sources in the title of your paper. The title should be written in title case form.
An MLA-formatted research paper does not need a title page (unless your instructor requires one, of course). Instead, include at the top of your first page a heading consisting of your name, your instructor's name, the course number, and the date and the title of your paper.
When citing websites, place the title of the article in quotation marks, with a period at the end of the title. Follow with the name of the website in italics, followed by a comma, and ending with the website URL. The citation format is as follows: Title of the Article. Name of the Website.
Titles of full works like books or newspapers should be italicized. Titles of short works like poems, articles, short stories, or chapters should be put in quotation marks. Titles of books that form a larger body of work may be put in quotation marks if the name of the book series is italicized.
A general rule of thumb is that within the text of a paper, italicize the title of complete works but put quotation marks around titles of parts within a complete work. On an APA-style reference page, the rules for titles are a little different.
A title is generally placed in quotation marks if it is a part of a larger work. Examples include TV show episodes, song titles, journal articles and webpages. Italics are used for larger sources, or containers, such as books, newspapers, journals and websites.
