Mostly user friendly. Filling in multiple of the same form is not available, or finding that option is impossible. So I used same form over and over - using tab you also have to back space or use mouse to remove previous data and then fill in.

I'M disabled, and confined to a wheelchair. I'm not able to get out, and look for a place that will agree to fax things. Select any cell to which the rule applies and click Conditional Formatting > Manage Rules In the Conditional Manager Rules Manager dialog, click the rule you want to edit, and then click the Edit Rule button. Make the required changes in the Edit Formatting Rule window and click OK to save the edits.
To edit the rule, select it in the list and click the “Edit rule” button. You can then adjust both the condition and the formatting applied.
But in conditional formatting, IF/THEN/ELSE syntax cannot be applied in a single rule. You can apply more than one condition by creating more than one rule in conditional formatting. Furthermore, you can also use logical functions like AND OR to create a rule set and apply conditional formatting in Excel.
To edit the rule, select it in the list and click the “Edit rule” button. Furthermore, you can then adjust both the condition and the formatting applied. Let's adjust the threshold for our rule to 95. Click OK to return to the Rules Manager, and OK again to confirm the change.
On the HOME tab, in the Styles group, click the arrow next to Conditional Formatting, and then click Manage Rules. The list of conditional formatting rules are displayed for the current selection including the rule type, the format, the range of cells the rule applies to, and the Stop If True setting.
