Am new to PDFfiller so here are some initial comments:
1. an "undo" button would be nice
2. when sharing a document and adding comments/instructions, it would be helpful to have the option to pull up the document to be shared for reference.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. Only used a few times
Only used a few times, but so far no major issues. The only pain point, I would say is the editor...I am still getting in practice. Overall, this is a very good and useful tool.

What do you like best?
The best thing is simply how it works. So many forms that need to be filled out and they are sent in formats that don't allow that. pdfFiller fixes that problem.
What do you dislike?
I haven't really found anything that I dislike. It's a great software.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I do private consulting for government contractors and we have to finalize a LOT of Non-Disclosure Agreements. pdfFiller makes that a snap. Also we have many forms that have to be executed and it would be so difficult without this program.

Easy to use and very convenient to have for filling...
Easy to use and very convenient to have for filling out forms and other documents that I would normally need to print out before filling in my information. I really enjoy the ease of this tool.
