I had some initial problems (undoing things and a pop-up overtime I used text boxes). Customer support representative Ellie guided me through it and was able to resolve most of my problems. I still wish I could use the text boxes without the pop-up though. I believe at this time it is not possible.

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). A must have for your business
Overall, this software is a very useful, less time consuming, and efficient addition for my business. I love that I can complete and sign required documents on the go with no hassle, without having to print and physically complete and sign any document.

The mobile app for this software is not that easy to use as the online (desktop) version.

Still to early to tell. Until now, all I can say is that the text types could adjust more to the real ones and it could have an option to copy-paste fields through the document. Moving boxes is not that easy, either. Bur overrall it's been great.
