I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. I was needing a temporary custody order for my grandchildren. I found exactly what I needed on PDFfiller and it made for a great experience. I will be using this product as needed in the care and control of my Grandkids life.

It's not as easy to follow as you think it is. For example, Save As is a command that most of us think as a file name, not application such as PDF or Docx. I now have to go back and find the document, add the signature and then, change the name of the file, somehow from the template to a specific client's file.

What do you like best?
I enjoy very much that I can scan in documents and then fill in and add things to them easily.
What do you dislike?
Very little. But sometimes I find I accidentally click on the up/down bar instead of the buttons. Also, some of the buttons are not intuitive, but trial and error works well, and mistakes are easily deleted.

I used to need a type writer (or hand write) sometimes still to comply with using the forms given to me by the government. Now, I can upload them and use the computer. Much better.

Tons of functionality for a great price. Excellent customer response time.
Feedback: when using the "home"/"end" keyboard buttons, it immediately takes you to the top/bottom of the form instead of beginning/end of the text box you are editing. Just an unintuitive and weird feature.
Also, it would be great if there was a way to save LinkToFill settings so that they can be applied across other documents.
Overall really happy with this product!
