I first tried PDFfiller with a trial subscription and to be honest, I really just wanted it so I could add text to a document and I didn't plan to extend my subscription. But after trying it, I liked it so much, I continued the subscription after the trial and my subscription expires in 2 days and I plan to renew for another year. I'm a freelance paralegal and often need to add text (and complete forms) in .pdf format. The program is also very easy to use and has many great features (like "erase" and different font styles and sizes). I still like the program albeit the script and font could use some improvements
Being able to fill reports online , print and send.
The script is hard to line up , checking off boxes is also difficult.

Every had a pdf file or document that you can't collect text sections,OR fill in a form, or add notations or extend a document. I did, and often, and I wanted it to look professional as possible, be online, so access from off office meetings was available, and documents changeable in an instant. One that when edited could be then be immediately sent by mail to my counter-party sitting across a meeting room table. Crucially important for editing legal documents. Then I found PDFfiller, it does that and more and I would highly recommend it, a reasonable cost for an excellent product that continues to update and improve its offering. Keep up the good work!
A little bit cumbersome in remembering how to download a finished document, could be just me, but clearer tags or instructions might help

It is great for what I am using it to do, however there is likely much more I don't know about yet.
After 2 weeks, I know much more and find the took extremely valuable. Don't know how I worked without it.

What do you like best?
I like how simple it is to navigate fields. The program is really good about identifying editable fields in all documents.
What do you dislike?
I think they can improve the downloading/saving function. There seem to be more steps than one would expect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for software that is simple and allows you to edit PDF files easily, this is your program. I feel the least amount of pain when renewing my subscription. For me, it is a must-have tool.

How can I add comments to a PDF?
Choose Tools > Comment. Draw in the PDF: To edit or resize the markup, select it and drag one of the handles to make your adjustments. To add a pop-up note to the markup, select the Hand tool, and double-click the markup. (Optional) Click the close button in the pop-up note.

Choose Tools > Comment. The Comments tool set is displayed in the secondary toolbar and the Comments list is displayed in the right pane. Using the Options' menu in the upper-right corner of the Comments list, do any of the following: Expand or collapse the comments.
