PDF Filler - Time Saver
It's another great tool to have in my toolbox. It's important to be quick and effective in my line of work and this helps tremendously.
Love that I can go in and make corrections quickly and can share with my clients securely. Even more, I love that I can easily eliminate pages or combine documents into one.
It took a few times using the app to figure it out.

I love this software and use it frequently.
Has a free trial, has many tools, easy to use and has template searching capabilities.
If you have the basic plan, customer support could take 24 hours to get to you. If you have the premium plan, customer support answers immediately.

This is all new to me and didn't know…
This is all new to me and didn't know there was just a thing to let me fill in PDFs instead of printing them, filling them out and scanning then uploading to email back to someone... for example. Talk about a time saver!!! Plus I love the way it looks! So much more professional than hand written. In my opinion.

This is a great platform, very seamless and user friendly. It does cost a bit so it would make sense if you use it quite often. More importantly, amazing support - the online chat response was quick (!!!), customer support staff was so friendly and understanding. Overall, such an amazing experience using this platform. Love this app very easy to use
Love this app very easy to use. I highly recommend for applications that require "fill in" sections, majority of us have terrible handwriting and there is nothing more annoying than explaining what you wrote. Also you want to ensure your application is submitted as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Can you handwrite 1096?
Can forms 1099Int and 1096 be submitted handwritten to the IRS? You can also pick up a limited number of paper Forms at your local IRS-Taxpayer Assistance Center (TAC).
Can you handwrite 1099s?
Can I submit handwritten 1099 forms to the IRS? Yes. Although handwritten forms are acceptable, they must be completely legible and accurate to avoid processing errors. Use black ink, block print and not script characters.
CAN 1099 misc be printed on plain paper?
Paper for Printing Tax Forms You can use plain white paper to print W-2 Copy A and W-3 forms. For Form 1099s, Copy A uses red ink and must be ordered from the IRS or purchased from a tax supply vendor. All other parts of Form 1099 can be printed on plain white paper.
Can I fill out a 1099 in pen?
How do I fill out, and where do I mail a 1099? You can handwrite 1099's and 1096's in black ink pen using block print. Be sure to omit dollar signs when entering values. Do not cut, staple, or fold the copies (Red Copy A) that you will be sending to the IRS.
Can you handwrite your tax return?
Many people have bad handwriting, but that's no excuse to take your time to write clearly. But it doesn't affect just handwritten tax returns. It could affect a printed tax return, too. If your tax return was printed from the computer using ink, make sure it's not smudged.
Can 1096 be printed on plain paper?
Copy B, C, 1 and 2 can be printed on plain paper with black ink. The W-2, W-3, W-2C and W-3C are different. In contrast, all 1096, 1098, 1098, 1099, 3921, 3922, 5498 forms are submitted to the IRS and must be submitted on their red-ink forms. Or file electronically, and you can skip the paper forms entirely.

You may print government accepted black and white laser W-2 Copy A and W-3 forms on plain paper (there is no need to buy preprinted red W-2 Copy A or W-3 forms). The IRS requires the use of perforated paper for any Employee Copy W-2 that is printed on plain paper.
