Your guy was good - but I really didn't get the result from the program I expected. I thought it would convert to word exactly. What do you call a drop-down menu?
pull-down menu. (n.) Also called a drop-down menu, a menu of commands or options that appears when you select an item with a mouse. The item you select is generally at the top of the display screen, and the menu appears just below it, as if you had pulled it down.
What does a drop-down menu look like?
A drop-down menu is horizontal list of options that each contain a vertical menu. When you roll over or click one of the primary options in a drop-down menu, a list of choices will “drop” below the main menu. The most common type of drop down menu is a menu bar.
How do I copy a drop-down menu?
Select a cell that contains the drop-down list you want to copy. Copy the cell by pressing Ctrl + C or Right-click → Copy. Select the cells where you want to paste the drop-down list. Right-click, select paste special, click on Validation and press OK.
