I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

No, I think its a good program. Just a few things I need to learn how to use. Although, it's a bit costly, I would like to keep using, but it may be expensive for my business.

What do you like best?
PDFfiller is really easy and its a one stop shop for all my needs especially when I am on the go. Obtaining a signature of another person and getting it automatically sent to the signature box makes everything so much easier. I love the editing feature where you can pretty much add text on the document wherever which is very helpful for my workflow.
What do you dislike?
The price is not the greatest and I would wish it could be a bit cheaper. I also think that the mobile feature could be easier to use and interface could be improved.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use all the features of PDFfiller it has. It probably has some that I haven't even realized that I have not used. The ease of using this program has done wonders for me and saves me time when I am in a rush.

Easy to use It has made life much easier for my clients to receive what they need in a more timely manner Easy to upload specific documents for editing. When a field needs to be erased, the program always resets to add text. You have to re-select the erase button after each erased field.

What Is a Notice of Furnishing? Notice of Furnishing is the term used for preliminary notice in four states: Michigan, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota. In these states, most parties who furnish labor and/or materials on construction projects are required to send notice of furnishing in order to secure lien rights.
A Notice of Furnishing is a type of preliminary notice that must be provided to a property owner by a subcontractor, contractor, laborer, or supplier as a condition to obtaining a later mechanic's lien covering the full amount of labor or supplies.
The notice of furnishing provides the owner with the subcontractor and suppliers' information, allowing the owner to contact them to inquire whether payment has been made by the prime contractor, and to avoid the filing of a mechanics lien or construction lien on the construction property.
Preliminary notice is a notification to the owner or general contractor of a construction project to notify them that a contractor, sub-contractor, materials provider, or other party is reserving their right to file a mechanic's lien in the event of non-payment. The notice itself is not a mechanic's lien.
The long answer: The Ohio Notice of Furnishing is due within 21 days of first furnishing labor and/or materials, or within 21 days from filing of Notice of Commencement in Ohio. The notice must be sent after the first day of furnishing labor and/or materials and is ineffective if sent before that date.
A Notice of Commencement provides adequate notices to contractors, owners, subcontractors, and laborers so each has notification of when work is done on the job site. The Notice of Commencement also details who the owner is, how to contact the owner, who the general contractor is, and a description of the project.
Typically, the filing of a notice of commencement by the property owner or other top-of-chain party affects preliminary notice and mechanics lien requirements and deadlines for subcontractors, material suppliers, and other parties down the contracting chain.
The information that must be contained in the notice of commencement includes the legal name of the property owner (who is also the individual who must sign the document). If the property has more than one owner, the signature of one legally suffices.
