Nice service, but entering in text into some of the fields can result in wonky formatting if more text than can be displayed is entered. And it's not easy to re-visit the fields and edit/shorten the text.

Perfect for paperwork
My overall experience would be that I love it and plan to continue using it going forward in life. It's much easier then printing out paperwork, filling it out, scanning it and sending it back to whomever. Its extremely convenient.
I love most that I'm able to edit any pdf and the save and and either email it or print it. There's even a function to sign the pdf right on the computer. Awesome.
I do not like that it sometime freezes. I could be filling out a form and sometimes it'll freeze and automatically refresh and everything I put in is gone so I'd have to start over. It doesn't happen often but has happened to me before.

It is not very difficult to navigate, but I do have issues with finding some of the documents I need. Plus, I feel that the pricing of basic level is too much. I am a person with a limited income and can not afford much. I need this program to help with my taxes and a few other documents, but I can not afford to pay an entire years worth!

Does an employer have to give you a separation notice?
Yes, under Georgia law, each employer is required to give each employee a separation notice when the leave the employment of the employer. The separation notice should contain detailed reasons for the employee's separation.
Does an employer have to provide a separation certificate?
An employer is only sometimes required to provide an employment separation certificate. For instance, if a former employee asks for one, the employer needs to provide it. An employer also needs to provide it if Centrelink or another government agency request it.
How long does an employer have to provide a separation certificate?
Once you ask for a separation certificate your employer has 14 days to give it to you or fax it to Centrelink. You should also get a certificate of service detailing your period of service and duties performed. If your employer hasn't given you a separation certificate within 14 days contact Centrelink.
What if I can't get a separation certificate?
WHAT IF YOUR PREVIOUS EMPLOYER WON'T GIVE YOU AN EMPLOYMENT SEPARATION CERTIFICATE? Failure to provide the Employment Separation Certificate can result in your claim for New start Allowance or Youth Allowance being rejected. Some employers refuse to complete the Certificate or do not properly fill it in.
