Two main issues I have with PDF: 1) not being able to change the names on the forms, 2) easily finding a form to download to My Forms (referring to Acord forms mainly, you would think your company would have a direct link to Acord forms draw from)

Very professional, highly recommended. I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. My Favorite PDF Signing Software I've been using PdfFiller for many years and I've gotten used to the interface and so to me, it's pretty easy to use, but I've dabbled with other online document signing software and I admit those are pretty easy to use. Some of its competitors seems to have pretty user friendly interfaces.

My printing is horrible. This allow me to fill out legal forms without having to do them over and over. I will say getting the cursor right where you needed it was difficult.

Doing exactly what I want. Have .pdf bank statements that can only upload in .csv format, so converting to Excel then to .csv and can do my work in no time at all.

Each contract should be given a name (or title). Typically, it is placed prominently on the cover page (if any), at the top of the first page (either as the lead-in to the parties or, if there is no cover page, as a true title) and probably also in the footer of each page.
Every contract should include a description of the agreed work to do or the result to achieve. This should be as detailed as necessary to make it clear. It should state: what work to do or result to achieve.
The 7 essential elements of a contract are the offer, acceptance, meeting of the minds, consideration, capacity, legality, and sometimes a written document.
The requisite elements that must be established to demonstrate the formation of a legally binding contract are (1) offer. (2) acceptance. (3) consideration. (4) mutuality of obligation. (5) competency and capacity. And, in certain circumstances, (6) a written instrument.
Every contract must include a specific offer and acceptance of that specific offer. Both parties must consent to their free will. Neither party can be coerced nor forced to sign the contract, and both parties must agree to the same terms. If one or both parties are not serious, there's no contract.
The simple answer is that such a contract will be legally enforceable provided that the use of the business names does not create any confusion as to the identity of the party in question, and providing all other elements for the formation of a contract are present.

For example, McDonald's may be the trade name, but the legal name is McDonald's Corporation. A trademark is a brand name.
