Navigate to your project's Photos tool on a Windows device. Click the Select icon in the upper right-hand corner. Select the one (1) album you want to rename. Click the Rename icon in the upper right-hand corner. Type in your new album name. Click Rename.
The classic convention for titling an image is to identify the subject (name the person, place or thing) and add the date of creation: if it's a photograph use the date of exposure. Log on to Facebook and navigate to your Timeline. Click Photos on your Timeline to bring up a list of your albums. Click the title of the album you want to rename. The album title will be a link. Click the pencil icon or the Edit Album link located to the right of your name. Type the new name for the album.
Open the album then click “Edit Photos”, then click “Edit Info”. This will allow you to edit the album name, location, and description. Go to album and click on Edit Photos, you can find Edit Info in there.
