PDF Filler is great
PDF Filler is great, I only gave it 4 Stars because the amount of features and functionality can be confusing and the interface is a little out-dated, but this is the most complete PDF solution available.

Very satisfied so far. Have not yet utilized the notary service but plan to do so. Very happy editing PDFs. My only complaint is that it's far too expensive for my needs as an individual. I can see how it would be well worth it for a business, but in my case, I will likely cancel after a month because I just can't afford it. Please consider a cheaper option for individuals &/or sole proprietors. That said, it's a great service -- far better than others I've used. Great job.

What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to use and all my documents are automatically saved. This has increased my productivity so much being able to combine documents and have people sign.
What do you dislike?
There are a few steps to save, print, or download to your local desktop which can be a little time-consuming. But I also appreciate that it verifies with you that the correct function is happening.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The ability to edit and few pdf documents. I really like that pdf's can be combined and shared. There's so many functions of pdf filler that is so helpful to help me be more productive.

I love it. I have a small business and rental property and I can handle all of my forms on this one website and not have to search, pay to download, copy or create forms one by one. i highly recommend Pdf Filler.com

I was very happy with pdfFiller
I was very happy with pdfFiller. There is a variety of fillable forms. This would have been great if it had been available when I was active in my business. It is great for the occasional form that I need.

so far astonishing. i created a fillable govt form locally=TEDIOUS.. uploaded it.. filled it out.. bad tab order :(... was able to change the tab order VERY easily.. send to email and boom.. awsome.. so far

How do you fill out a NC title?
Wait to sign until you are before a Notary. Back of the title top right — sign name(s) on the line where it reads “Seller(s) Signature(s).” Back of the title right below where you signed name(s) — print name(s) on the line where it reads “Seller(s) Hand Printed Name(s).”
How do I fill out a NC certificate of title?
The title MUST BE NOTARIZED! Do not sign the title until you are in front of a Notary Public. Sign the back of the title where it is marked “Seller(s) Signature(s).” Print your name on the back of the title where it reads “Seller(s) Hand Printed Name(s).”
How long does it take to get a title back in NC?
Title applications require 10-15 business days for processing, but the N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles offers an expedited titling service in which titles are processed and issued the same day or next business day.
How do you fill out a reassignment title?
Step 1: Complete a bill of sale. Step 2: Exchange funds. Step 3: Release any liens on the car title. Step 1: Obtain the car title from the seller. Step 2: Fill out the title transfer section on the title. Step 3: Submit the paperwork to the DMV.
What is a title reassignment?
After the title has been completed transferring ownership of the vehicle to dealership. Only if the dealership is the owner of the vehicle prior to selling or transferring ownership. The Dealer Reassignment form must accompany the title when a title is applied for in the customer's name.
How do you notarize a title in NC?
North Carolina titles must be notarized. Only sign the title in the presence of a notary public. Sign your name (or names)* on the back of the title where it says Seller(s) Signature(s). Print your name (or names)* on the back of the title where it says Seller(s) Hand Printed Name(s).
Do both parties have to be present to get a title notarized in NC?
For a title transfer, the information on the back of the original title must be completed by both the original owner and the recipient. North Carolina titles must be notarized.
