The form 1096 is not current in the video shown - it shows 2012 and the number 7 is different for 2016, so would like an explanation of what NEC means. Thought I could use this for 1099 and also 1096 but still need to use IRs forms to send them, so dissapointing. Wondering what I will use this service for - does it allow ALL pdf files that I receive to be opened and edited? If so, then useful. Otherwise, probably short lived for me.Thx

Easy Auto-Renew Subscription Refund
Like most sites that offer small services with yearly or monthly subscriptions, you most likely run into the "auto renew subscription" headache. While it is frustrating (as this happened to me with PDFfiller), it is always nice to have a little forgiveness. Before I disputed the transaction with my bank I "calmly" contacted PDFfiller support asking if I could be refunded for this un-consented transaction of $72. It only took 5 mins with customer support to give me a full refund. And for that hasty/easy relief they gave me (as well as a refund with no questions asked) I give them 5 stars. Also, not to mention, it is a great PDF filling software.

I work with a lot of county documents that are locked for editing. PDFFiller makes it is so I can mark up and edit. This give me the ability to highlight and do take-offs with in the pdf. Thanks!

Who is the beneficiary in an advance payment guarantee?
An advance payment guarantee or bond is typically used to underpin or guarantee the performance of a commercial contract, such as a contract for the sale of goods (where the buyer is the beneficiary) or a construction contract (where the employer is the beneficiary).
Who is the beneficiary in a bank guarantee?

Don't extend credit automatically to new customers/clients. Take partial payment in advance. Invoice promptly. State payment terms visibly and clearly. Reward customers for paying promptly. Establish a follow-up procedure for customers who miss payments.

Maintain great client relationships. Invoice on time. Use cloud-based services. Switch to a retainer-based model. Write the payment terms in the contract, including late fees. Ask for upfront payments.
