Very easy to use I like that it notifies me when someone has completed the document. I also like how you can customize the fields between numbers and dates which makes it fool proof. Support is very quick to respond and helpful. I have been trying to set up a document to copy certain fields throughout so they do have to enter their "name" every time, but I have had trouble trying to figure it out.

Condensed from the CARF standards manuals. Consult with a designated CARF resource specialist to receive guidance and technical assistance regarding the accreditation process. Conduct a self-evaluation. Submit the survey application. CARF invoices for the survey fee. CARF selects the survey team.
CARF passes along two fees to organizations seeking accreditation: $995 is the fixed fee for any organization, regardless of size. Then, based on the size of the organization, the number of surveyors will be determined. The cost per surveyor per day is $1,525.
When a program or service is CARF-accredited, it means your organization has passed an in-depth review and meets rigorous CARF guidelines for service and quality qualified endorsement that it conforms to internationally recognized service standards and is focused on delivering the most favorable results for persons
For CARF: Three-Year Accreditation, One-Year Accreditation, Provisional Accreditation, Nonaccreditation, and Preliminary Accreditation. For CCC: Five-Year Term of Accreditation and Nonaccreditation.
Five-Year Term of Accreditation: The organization satisfies each of the CARF Accreditation Conditions and demonstrates substantial conformance to the standards. It is designed and operated to benefit the persons served.
We encourage service providers to consider obtaining accreditation for every eligible service area, but it is not required. All sites that provide the services seeking accreditation must be included in an on-site survey.
