I like the program a lot. You recently changed the format a little. When I want to save a document to my computer, I can't tell it where to save it; it automatically saves it to my downloads, which I do not like. Before you changed the format, I was able to save a PDF completed document to whatever file I needed to on my computer. I would like to be able to do that again.

Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. Amazing! - Total lifesaver. Does what it's supposed to, and even does most of it for free (I've used it to fill loads of forms and submit documents and never had to pay for anything)! I have no hesitation in recommending the PDFfiller service.

It is impossible of find the document I am seeking and all I am getting is a WASTE OF MY TIME!!! The website is incredibly difficult to navigate!!!!! I don't think I am getting much value for the money I spent to print just one document!!! After this horrible experience SUPPORT STAFF was able to assist me in accessing the necessary document and getting it filled out to me the deadline. SUPPORT STAFF is very knowledgeable and were able to resolve the problem quickly!!! Count me a happy customer!!!

I own a few franchise restaurants and have to use this product about once a week and it makes my time with documents way faster and easier. I don't have to download a document, scan it, sign it, and then rescan it and then send it. I can do it all electronically thanks the PDFfiller.

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. The PDF Filler worked great. I only used it once and since I had no occasion to use it again, I cancelled. There were no issues with the cancellation. The charge was removed from my credit card. I am very happy with this product. I will order it again when I need it.
