It was pretty easy to use except when you hit the next tab it would take me to the text box to type but it would not allow me to type until I moved my mouse to that location and click. It would be easier if it would allow you to type in the box it moved you to so you don't have to keep going back and forth to the mouse. Also some boxes when completed there was not an option to click "next.

They have great customer service I was…
They have great customer service I was refunded when I didn’t realize i paid for a years subscription upfront and I only had to pay the first month. Very happy companies like this still exist. The file editing is easy and can be done from iPhone.

Wow! Finally a real online PDF editor, no more troubles on changing text and much more!
Just found it randomly, and since the beginning it shows me lots of features to edit pdf like texts, images, signs, highlights and more.
The graphic looks a bit oldie, but this is not a problem at all. Functionality first! 30 days trial, then you've to pay.

Disappointed. I thought I had until the end of today to cancel the trial but got charged over $100 for using the service just to get matching employer funds for a donation.

What do you like best?
The templates are really helpful. It can automatically be saved with new information.
What do you dislike?
The signateure date and initialling has to clicked for each time. Would like to be able to just click the option and repeat that option several times without selecting it.

Can send out contracts and paperwork. Re-formatted the paperwork to be filled out electronically and it's much clearer.

I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.

How do I find my application ID?
Android. We use the Application ID (package name) to identify your app inside our system. You can find this in the app's Play Store URL after 'id'. For example, in https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.company.appname the identifier would be com.

From the Retrieve a DS-160 Application page, click the Forgot your Application ID? Link. The Retrieve Application ID pop-up appears. Enter the answers to your security questions.

For your purpose, yes, those are the same and will point to each other. No, you do NOT need to resubmit a new DS-160 after you pay the fees and/or schedule the interview appointment. The DS-160 you filed
Can we retrieve old DS 160?
yes. You can retrieve your old ds-160 form by entering few details and security questions that you have filled at the starting of this form. And anyhow you can not retrieve it, then not to worried about it. You can fill the new ds-160, and you do not have to pay your fees again.
What is meant by application ID?
Your Application ID is the ID number you received when you registered with Common Application online.
What is the application ID?
Your application ID is a 7-digit number that can be found on the receipt/summary email you received when you submitted your UC application. If you did not save this receipt, you can find your application ID by signing back in to your UC Application and clicking on “Access your application.”
