Great tool for conversions
Converting PDFs to spread sheets can be time consuming. This software is very functional, and eliminates the hassle.
I like being able to convert my PDFs into the proper documents for further use. Most PDFs in their original form are totally unusable. I use this function to convert the document into a spread sheet. Great time saver.

Nice application for editing. Takes a bit of getting used to but plenty of form filling options.

It works well overall
It works well overall. I like being able to take an existing form and change the names of the form elements to match our database.
The one issue I just had was with text alignment for a text box. I do not see the property for that. My workaround was to copy an existing text box that was center aligned.

Outstanding Functionality & Customer Service
I tried several pdf editors in my search to save time filling out real estate forms. I was blown away when using the editor for the first time and I inadvertently closed my browser, all of my edits were saved and waiting for me when I returned to the site - even before creating a user account! Easy for On the Go Editing
This works great for creating editable PDFs & exporting them to clients. Can send for signatures and edit details for initial, etc.

It's easiest to get 100% happiness in a large settlement. Get 20+ settlers as quickly as you can. You can also visit small settlements you've acquired with settlers. Food, water, and bed stat numbers must be higher than your number of settlers. Go nuts with defense.
