Would like to see a better way to organize/save files for easier opening. Would like to see a way to convert files to PDF as well. No need to send a follow-up survey, your system won't allow us to complete it without having a Facebook or Linkedin account...we know our own e-mail address and it won't accept it.

Creating Fillable pdfs has never been easier
PDFfiller is a software that any human resources analyst needs to learn how to use, it really sets you appart from other professionals. For me it has been the best way to automate several processes at work. I absolutely recommend it.
PDFfiller is incredible, it has allowed me to create fillable pdf forms to submit them to new recruits in our company, and that way we have reduced a lot of paperwork since all of our personnel files are in digital format. Also when interviewing for a position we have been able to automate and rank our candidates via our fillable forms.
I gotta admit it took me a while to fully master this software, I would love if it were a bit more streamlined, but after I got the hang of it this software really changed the way I work

Awesome software!
Very easy to use and great to help fill PDF's and create them. I use this software very often and I rarely have issues.
Sometimes it lags and it can be a pain, but overall this is a great software to use and I don't have many cons.

I just started using it today
I just started using it today. So far, I am very happy with it. I was able to use the draw feature to sign where I needed to, how I wanted to without using the "sign" feature.

This statement is still true (I am still using the trial version, so I haven't had enough time using it yet).
I am also new to my position; therefore, it will take time, before I know of the various ways that I could utilize this software.
My new employer is still using typewriters for several forms, which made me research fillable forms online.

Is there a way that 1 page can be…
Is there a way that 1 page can be flipped? sometimes there are documents that are written horizontally and there is no way to fill it in unless the sheet is rotated. If there is no way to do this then it should be. That is why one star is missing. otherwise great.

What happens if you go over your mileage on a lease?
If you exceed that number, the leasing company will charge you for every extra mile driven. The per-mile penalty is spelled out in your lease, but it can run as high as $0.25 per mile. That would be $250 for every 1,000 miles over the limit. You will dodge these penalties by purchasing the car.
Can you negotiate over mileage on a lease?
If you think you're likely to exceed the allowance, then negotiate for additional miles up front. This can save you a few cents per mile over the end-of-lease mileage charge. Don't take a longer lease term than you want in a misguided attempt to lower the monthly payments.
Can you negotiate excess mileage on a lease?
If you know before you lease that you'll be driving extra miles, you can buy the additional miles up front. See our article Extra Miles Car Lease for more details. Lease mileage charges are not negotiable with lease companies. You signed the lease contract, and you are obligated to its terms and conditions.
Can I buy more miles for my lease?
You can always buy more miles at any time in the lease at the agreed upon rate in the lease. The only difference is that if you don't use all the miles, you will not get anything back at the end of the lease. If you do nothing and turn it in, the dealer can charge you upwards of $0.35 per mile overage.

Oftentimes, if a lessee exceeds his/her allotted mileage, then at the end of the lease he/she will have to pay an excess mileage fee. This fee is usually between $0.10 and $0.30 for every mile a lessee drives over the limit.
How much is mileage overage on a lease?
Excess mileage Most leasing companies charge around 15 to 20 cents per mile over the amount allowed in the contract, commonly 12,000 miles per year. If your way over the allowed mileage and looking at a big penalty, you still have options. If you like the car, you can buy it rather than pay the mileage penalty.
How can I get out of paying excess mileage?
Here are your options: Continue the lease, return the car at lease-end, and pay for the excess miles at that time. Continue the lease, buy it at lease-end, and you pay nothing for the excess miles. However, due to the high mileage, your car is likely valued less than the purchase price in your contract.
Can you make payments on over mileage?
If over mileage, you simply pay the excessive mileage fee (as discussed above) as well as any damage or disposition fee, and you're done with the lease. If under mileage, pay your disposition fee and any damage fee, and you're done.
