I used the service like the service, but until I got to print a copy of the SR-1 form, I thought I was using the government's free website for submitting an SR-1 form. I want to cancel it because I will not need to use it again. So, please cancel my account and service. Please also send an email to me confirming that you have cancelled the service. Thank you.

I love the program. The smart folder...not a fan. Do not like that we have to "tag" them and I would prefer to just make and name my own folders and move PDF docs into them as I wish (like windows mail).

Essential software
Being able to fill in pdf's is great! It saves so many steps and looks more professional. Before I would have to print a form, fill it in by hand, scan it back into the computer and then send it on. Now I can fill in necessary information, neatly typed and send it on.
Once in awhile I have a hard time making it do what I want when I am trying to change a document.

I absolutely love, PDF filler. It is so easy to create forms whether I use them as fillable or not, they are terrific. I love that I can name each form and save each form. It's so easy to print my new forms. I'm actually having the time of my life creating them, it's actually fun I know no one else is probably going to say that but I think it's really fun to use. I am 59 years old and this is better than Etch-a-Sketch back in the day and that says a lot lol I would highly recommend pdfFiller to anyone and I have. I own 3 medical practices and we have forms forms and more forms. PDF filler has been just an absolute lifesaver. I've also use it for personal forms that I need. I haven't had a need to use any of the pre templates that are available. I'm just so thrilled that I found pdfFiller. I actually purchased two Remarkable tablets for my practice and that was a disaster. It was an unremarkable purchase to say the least. It's just not that great when it comes to creating a beautiful document, it just wasn't for us. So glad that I went on Google and found pdfFiller. I am happy business owner!

Can you get evicted for not signing a new lease?
You can be evicted if you refuse to sign a new lease, but only if the lease contains terms which are materially the same as in the previous agreement. If you decide to move, and you give the landlord a 30-day notice to vacate before the end of the term of the lease, you will be in breach of your lease.
Can you be evicted if you are not on a lease?
A landlord cannot evict a tenant without going through due process of law. Assuming there is a written lease agreement in place, a breach of the conditions of the lease might lead a landlord to want to cancel the lease. The most common cause of lease cancellation is rent arrears.
Can a landlord sue you without a lease?
If a person has no lease, he/she may be evicted with proper notice. Landlords may sue for unpaid rent as well as fair compensation for any holdovers' use and occupancy after commencement of proceedings.

Should I sign a new lease?
Signing a new tenancy though, is often a good idea. Remember that if your tenancy is a rolling 'periodic' tenancy, your landlord can give you between to and three months to leave at any time. If you sign up for another year, this can't happen (unless there is a break clause). However, you may not be worried about this.
Should I sign a lease before move in date?
You should aim to send the lease to your tenants 5 weeks before their move-in date. Let your tenants know when you expect the lease returned to you. This will help ensure you get it back in a timely manner. If you require they return it in 5 days, you'll be right on time to sign the lease 30 days before they move in.
What happens once you sign a lease?
By returning a signed lease agreement, they are accepting the offer to rent the property. The owner/manager receives the signed rental contract and also signs the contract. At this time, when both parties have signed the lease, the contract is considered binding to terms outlined in the agreement.
