Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.

Over Signature Text: Over signature text appears above the signature line on your checks as shown in the diagram. If the design of your check allows for it, you may enter up to 2 lines of over signature text to convey a personal message.
The sequential number for your checks appears in both the MICR line at the bottom of your checks and the upper right corner of your checks. This number allows you to keep track of the checks you write. The account owner endorses the signature line on a check to authorize its use.
You may find the letters “MP” next to the signature line. It indicates that the check includes a security feature called microprinting and that there are tiny words on your check that cannot be detected by the naked eye. Note that the person who writes the check is the one who signs the front of the check.
Microprinting is the printing of extremely fine details on a document. When used as an anti-fraud tool, small letters are often printed so small that they cannot be read by the human eye, resulting in tiny words “hidden” on the face of checks and currency.
