PDF Filler as tool for Securing PDF files
Very useful, convenient and very easy to use. A great tool for businesses.
I like PDF filler the most when I would like to encrypt and decrypt documents, merge PDF files, crop or rotate PDF pages.
I actually like PDF filler and there is nothing that I do not like in this software. It helped me big time with my PDF documents organization.

Necessity for any business
I have to sign releases, NDA's and contracts on a daily basis for my clients. If it wasn't for this software I would be very stuck and not able to do my job without printing and faxing.
What I like most about this software is what it does. If you are in business than you must have this.
What I like least about this software is that they charge. I believe this should be a free download due to many forms and contracts being in a PDF format.

Better than acrobat
Love it, my go to when acrobat pdf filler isn't working
The easy operation, we can count on it to fill any PDF. Acrobat sometimes let's us down so we started using this instead
The pricing, please lower it down so we can switch to this software forever. Also a nicer desktop App would be nice

Pdf Filler is extremely user friendly. I love being able to easily add signatures to documents.

I don't like that you cannot combine documents.

Do you have to pay back USDA subsidies?
Payment subsidies received on loans approved after October 1, 1979, are subject to recapture. How much money do you have to make to get a USDA loan?
USDA eligibility for a 1-4 member household requires annual household income to not exceed $86,850 in most areas of the country, but up to $212,550 for certain high-cost areas, and annual household income for a 5-8 member household to not exceed $114,650 for most areas, but up to $280,550 in expensive locales.
Can I pay off a USDA loan early?
Answer: No, you can move and sell your home anytime with USDA 502 Guaranteed Loan. The USDA mortgage does NOT have any prepayment or early payoff penalty. You can sell/pay off your loan whenever you like without restriction or fees. This is also the case with other Government-backed loans like FHA and VA.
