This program is awesome for creating new contracts or clients, you can even email it and have them sign online.
It automatically charges you for a year so make sure you choose monthly billing if you would like to be billed differently than annual.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

I needed to send a corporate…
I needed to send a corporate dissolution document to the state of Deleware and thanks to pdffiller, I was able to find the document I need, fill it in online, and even was able to mail it USPS through the site without ever having to print out a document, manually sign it and have to go to the post office to send it registered mail.

Ny experience was good but I only have a need for the form I used maybe once a year. So I will probably be canceling my month to month once I am sure the form I needed has been accepted. It would be nice if you had an option for a subscription that was based on usage rather than on time. I might then sign up for a longer term commitment if I wasn't being charged every month but rather on my usage. My experience with your product was that actually filling out the form was user friendly but it was a form that had a continuation sheet and figuring out how to use several continuation sheets was not intuitive and I ended up filling out several different form continuation sheet pages and then had to combine all those multiple forms into one document in order to get what I needed for submission to the court.

Can Section 8 tenant pay more than voucher?
While federal law prohibits you from charging more rent to Section 8 tenants than you would unsubsidized renters, you can charge more than HUD's fair market statistics. Bear in mind, however, that HUD does not allow Section 8 families to spend more than 40 percent of their household incomes on rent and utilities.
What is the maximum rent Section 8 will pay?
The local Housing Authority will determine their payment standard or the maximum amount they are willing to pay for each number of bedrooms. This payment standard will be between 90 and 110 percent of the Fair Market Rent.
How much does HUD pay for rent?
In most circumstances, your rent will be 30 percent of your monthly adjusted income. HUD covers the other 70 percent. The amount of rental assistance you qualify for is calculated by dividing your AGI by 12 and then multiplying it by 30 percent. The result of which is called the total tenant payment.
How much will my Section 8 voucher be?
If they are approved, selected and then find an apartment or house with the voucher, their local housing authority starts sending payments directly to landlords. The payments cover some or all of the voucher holder's rent. On average, each household will pay somewhere between 30% and 40% of its income on rent.
What is the most Section 8 will pay?
Under the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program, most tenants will pay 30% of their monthly income. The Public Housing Authority that issued and approved the voucher will pay the landlord the remainder of the rent and utility costs.
