Great Customer Service
I only needed the service for a specific period and thought I cancelled the service, until I was charged. I contacted customer service and gave every possible email address the service could be connected to, so I thought. None of those emails showed service connected to it, so they ended up submitting a trouble ticket. A few days later they contacted me to see if I was connected to another email address, and it was my husband's business, that I never thought about. Even though it automatically renewed, they responded that they would refund the charge.

What can I put on my wood table to protect it?

Typically, a table runner should hang over each side of the table where the ends fall. This is much more esthetically pleasing than a runner that stops where the table ends or is slightly shorter than the table. The amount of hang should be equal on both sides and can vary, just like the drop length of a tablecloth.
How much overhang should a table runner have?
A table runner should be long enough to overhang the end of your table by approximately 6 to 10 inches on each end. If your table is 72 inches long, the table runner should be 84 to 92 inches long.
