The software is really good
The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.

Why can'ti remove the watermark on my Word document?
For latest Word editions, Select the Design tab (click the Page Layout tab For Word 2010 and Word 2007). Locate the Page Background tab and select Watermark. Select Remove Watermark. Your document should no longer display the watermark.

A gallery containing different watermarks will be shown, choose the type of watermark you want by clicking on it, and it will reflect on all the pages.

Watermarks are built in the header and having different header settings can make them disappear on other pages. They are simply graphic elements that are in the header. Go to one of the pages without the watermark and look at the header.
