I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. However, I signed up for the monthly plan and I got a bill saying the amount was $180 - the annual amount.How can I verify that I signed up and will be billed monthly at $15.00? it's a little bit too expensive for me. I will not have to use it very often, maybe only once or twice a month for work, but i do require the premium package for all of the features that i need to have. so it just seems crazy to me to pay almost $200 a year for something im only going to use 24 times the whole year. other than the too high price, i think its a great program!

This is a very useful program to me in my work. I can easily send documents to be filled in by customers, easy to use and easy to navigate.
I do not have any cons with this program, if you are not utilizing this you should be. It is highly useful and functional
