I love PDF filler overall. It is a little cumbersome for my purposes because I'm printing out documents for patients while they are seated in front of me. The pages take time to load. Maybe that is my computer. I have to click several times to get to the final print link. But, I like the ease of editing documents.

Everything is easy to use
Everything is easy to use. I was having some issues faxing and got a quick response from support. Other than that great experience so far. It would be cool if I could request documents from clients where they can upload and it would go to my docs in pdf filler.

It's the best experience on pdf editors, the only thing is that i passed 10 minutes just to find how to change the color of the text, i suggest to modify the icon of the text color for better user experience and as a back-end developer I thank you for the work you are doing, work for your project, believe on it and you will have more success. Don't let the name fool you, it does so much more than allow editing
I use pdfFiller to sign agreements when I'm traveling and don't have the version of Acrobat where you can sign, on my computer. I actually like pdfFiller much better, because it allows me to edit things that Acrobat does not. I've utilized several of the templates that have been very well laid out.
I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the templates and formatting options that are built in to pdfFiller
There is really nothing not to like. I don't use some of the features, because we don't need them, but I can't say it's missing anything or has any issues.

Exceptional customer service
Kara was of great assistance working through my billing question today. She was quick to respond and went out of her way to explore all avenues before I realized that the expense about which I was inquiring was charged by another company, not pdfFiller. She was extremely polite and patient.
