Everything is wonderful
Everything is wonderful, however with my bad eyes and being slow, i still say it is great.Sometime I have a little trouble moving from are moving to the area to get going to the PDF. It is not you it is me just a little slow. Can not see that good. I am good enough to get my job done.

Does way better than I expected
Works way better than any other ones I have tried. Will not use anything else. Allows me to make changes to any document I have scanned in so far.

So helpful. I can fill out the form instead of scanning, printing, filling out, and then scanning again so that I can send it back. I did try other programs... this one is by far the very best.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It is easy to use - quick to navigate, simple to amend pdf documents
What do you dislike?
Sometimes not compatible with the pdf you upload, so when saved it hasn't accurately filled in the right boxes
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The ability to quickly amend and update documents that clients sends in a pdf format, and also to change into other formats such as word.

kara was great. I am an older computer geek who never got into such things as screenshots. Not only did kara patiently deal with my problem but she also helped me with her request of a screen shot. i have 2nd and 3rd level support at ibm on global WAN's so i have an appreciation for what Kara did for me.
