What do you like best?
Huge time saver because we spend a great deal of time filling out forms, and we fill out the same forms with the same info year after year, and pdffiller keeps it for us and all we have to do is change the date.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. It's an odd process, fill in your forms, hit this button, then hit that button, and then go find the finished product in your downloads. I would prefer to specify where it goes and rename it before it goes there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are an insurance agent that uses Acord forms, this is for you.

This definitely saves me money because it save my staff huge amounts of time. Everything is now done digitally, so we need our forms in a digital format that we can save from year to year and change information in the forms at will.

Amazing customer support
Amazing customer support. We had account and payment issues; and contacted via online help. We received prompt and frequent communication that helped us solve the issue within a few interactions (all over the weekend too!).

An Alternative To Adobe
Run a small business without additional Adobe and DocuSign subscriptions....
It is a great value and it surprises me with new features on a quarterly basis. When I need new functionality I search for it and am no longer surprised when it is there!
I wish it would break down .PDF text into MS Word documents.

Multi function capability, I like the fact that it can enable you you edit your pdfs and then publish in various ways
Lot of the extra functions you have to pay extra for. Lot of the functions you may need you may have to pay extra for which is a turn off

Hello, I have had pdfFiller for six months' now, and I have never had a problem with them. All my documents come out lovely, just as I thought they would. They are fast, easy and secure. Also, when you need your signature on something you are working on, pdfFiller is wonderful for that. Pdf filler is a company with a ton of integrity and cares about its clients
Pdf filler is a really great company that has great morals. I signed up for the free trial and forgot to cancel before it auto renewed for 1 year. With Covid impacting my commission based business, spending 120 dollars for pdf software is not something I can afford at this time. The customer service rep Rachel not only refunded my purchase, but did it very quickly and professionally. Obviously I forgot to cancel and this company could of held my feet to the fire as it was my fault that I did not cancel the auto renewal that I agreed to and left my Google pay account for. However they did not do that. I will absolutely 💯 use pdf filler again in the future if the need should arise and would recommend it to anyone that needs to edit a pdf file in the future!

If you have any conerns or questions the customer service is top notch and very helpful. Everything is labled for ease of use. I use PDFiller EVERYDAY! Buy the subscription .... you will thank me later.
Con: I cant draw lines on surveys with ease! That is something that I wish I was able to do. There are options to draw but no straight edge lines. That is really the only con that I have.
