Definitely works. Not sure if there is a way to make figures line up just a little better or have calculated fields, but definitely better than just using adobe acrobat

The period of a periodic function is the interval of x-values on which the cycle of the graph that's repeated in both directions lies. Therefore, in the case of the basic cosine function, f(x) = cos(x), the period is 2.

If we have a sine function of the form f(x) = ASIN(Bx + C) + D, then the period of the function is 2 / |B|. Therefore, to find the period of the function f(x) = ASIN(Bx + C) + D, we follow these steps: Identify B in the function f(x) = ASIN(Bx + C) + D.
To find the period, we solve for T=1f, given the value of the frequency (f=2s1). T=12 s1=0. 5 s. Since one definition of wavelength is the distance a wave has traveled after one complete cycle (or one period), the values for the wavelength (=0.9m) as well as the frequency are given.
The period of the sine curve is the length of one cycle of the curve. The natural period of the sine curve is 2. So, a coefficient of b=1 is equivalent to a period of 2. To get the period of the sine curve for any coefficient b, just divide 2 by the coefficient b to get the new period of the curve.
