Easy to fill forms! This software is very easy to use, I'm able to fill forms we use over and over again. Adding signatures is simple and seamless. Switching between pages. I'm used to rolling down with my mouse. I also noticed a bit of delays, but it might be our network connection.

Also in some moments I had to create some PDFs myself from photographs or text files, I have also in this process pdffil has been very useful, showing a very good performance and rapids 1.- easy to use. It does not require special knowledge. 2.- process of converting from and to pdf is quite fast. 3.- The results are quite good. 3.- create pdf from word, jpeg, excel or ppt files. 4.- export your pdf files to word, excel or jpg. 5.- You can rotate, cut, join, or create watermarks in your pdf. 6.- You can use it for free (although it has a limit of use per day) 7.- The work environment is simple, but effective. 1.- Sometimes, but due to page saturation problems it becomes a bit slow. 2.- You require constant internet connection so if you do not have access you can not use the online program.

Create a new email. Add the group you want to share to the TO: line. Click the + sign and select all by pressing CRT+A. Then copy by pressing CRT+C. Then paste what you've copied into the body of the message by pressing CTRL+V, do add anything else to the message.
Open the Gmail conversation/message. At the right of the recipients fields, click the “Show details” dropdown button. Copy the list of addresses. Go to the Google / Gmail contacts manager. If the Google Contacts Preview UI is shown, change to the old Contacts UI. Create a new group.
To create a contact group: Click Gmail in the top-left corner of your Gmail page, then choose Contacts. Select contacts that you want to add to a group, click the Groups button, then create new. Enter the name of the group. Click OK.
Open Outlook. Click Contacts on the left-hand menu. In the “Current View” window, click the List option. Select the contacts you want to copy. Copy the selected contacts (CTRL+C). Paste the contacts into an Excel spreadsheet (CTRL+V). Save the file as XLS or CSV format.
Select the Home tab, then open the Address Book. Open the contact list you wish to share. While under the Contact Group tab, select the Forward Group option. An email is created with the contact list attached.
