much better than trying to fill out some of these forms by hand or create a form from image using something like Adobe acrobat. Only problem was you should probaby do better quality control on the forms provided. I found your Chapter 7 petition package to be unusable (all or most of the checkboxes use the same variable i.e., check one and you check them all.

How do you group things together in Excel?
Select the rows or columns you want to group. In this example, we'll select columns A, B, and C. Select the Data tab on the Ribbon, then click the Group command. Clicking the Group command. The selected rows or columns will be grouped. In our example, columns A, B, and C are grouped together.
How do I group daily data into months in Excel?
Select a cell that contains a date. Click the Group Field icon in the Options tab. Excel displays the Grouping dialog. The Grouping dialog defaults to selecting months.
How do I filter data by week in Excel?
Next, apply a simple filter by clicking the Data tab and then clicking Filter in the Sort & Filter group. Click the Stargate column's dropdown filter and choose Date Filters. Then, choose This Week from the resulting submenu.
