Group Email Certificate: edit PDFs from anywhere

The Portable Document Format or PDF is a common file format used for business documents because you can access them from any device. PDF files will always appear the same, whether you open it on a Mac, a Microsoft one or on smartphones.

Security is another reason we rather use PDF files for storing and sharing private information and documents. That’s why it is essential to choose a secure editor when working online. Besides password protection, some platforms offer opening history to track down those who read or completed the document without your notice.

pdfFiller is an online editor that allows you to create, modify, sign, and share PDF files using one browser tab. Thanks to the numerous integrations with the popular CRM tools, you can upload an information from any system and continue where you left off. Use powerful editing tools to type in text, annotate and highlight. Add fillable fields and send documents to sign. Change a page order. Add images into your PDF and edit its appearance. Collaborate with others to complete the document and request an attachment if needed. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud.

It was hard to figure out how to get started, and I made some mistakes in the beginning. I saved two files too soon and now I don't know how to erase them because when I try it says if I delete it it will no longer be shared. Is it okay to delete it anyway?
