It is amazing how simple this app is to use. It is a real joy. I wish I had stumbled upon it years ago!

All PDF tools in one app
My overall satisfaction about that app is a lot, it's just great tool for everyone, for students and also employees as well, at any time people can make change in their document and send it wherever it's needed.
That's basically great app, because you can solve all document issues in one app, scanning, adding image to the document putting dates, even signature, saving as pdf, or word or excel, sending to email, printing and etc. which help users to save more time.
I remember I faced problem while logging in, actually I think to login for that kind of program is something extra.

We have been using pdfFiller over the last few years for thousands of forms for our offices. The platform is easy to use and navigate. The IT tech support is top-notch. I used this for a work purpose. It made my task a lot easier. Only needed it as a one off, so cancelled my subscription by contacting them. Fast, efficient customer support.

Easy but not so afdordable
Not too bad
Storage size of pictures. I can use over 50 pictures in the same document and the file will still be very small. This is important in my dirls

I apparently came to your website…
I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. Thank you for your customer service policies. If ever, I need a service like this, it will be yours.
