I love the ease of typing on the PDF, I'm still learning how to send it to others with fill in blanks. But I like it. Pricey for the redaction ability but I suppose better than Adobe

So Far, I have enjoyed using the software and it's ease of use. It accomplished the initial task I required, however, was disapponted when full functionality offered failed. Namely the USPS mailing feature. This caused personal business delay of service. I am interested in the use of this application for my business. Digital forms like a product trial agreement and installment payment agreement with customers is a secondary spin off that may be valuable to me. Storing signatures and document sharing is a plus. I like it's integration with Google Drive and others. I will recommend to others but st this point as a trial only.

Ease of accessing documents, editing, uploading from pc, internet, and other sources. The ease of sending copies to clients or others via email. The safety of the process is great.

The proximity of the watermark feature is to close to the scroll bar.

I am impressed with feature this software offers for editing PDF files. Absolutely no distortion from the original file, provides marked spaces for edit.

I received an auto-renewal subscription for our organization that was initiated by a previous officer and simply emailed my request for a refund and cancelation. The tool is a little hard to learn at…
The tool is a little hard to learn at first and takes some exporting and testing to settle on desired outcomes but was very happy with the end result. I canceled my use as i only needed it for one document but if i were regularly building docs like this i may have kept it.

This site was exactly what we needed to edit pdf's and create fillable fields for all of our school enrollment forms. What does 12 months lease mean?
Most lease agreements are for 12 months. This type of lease allows you or the landlord to terminate the lease at the end of each month. If you do not move and the landlord does not ask you to leave, the lease then automatically renews for another month.
What does it mean 1-year lease?
It can be from one to many pages, but in general, a lease defines exactly how long you'll be renting the apartment (six months, one year, two years and so on) and exactly how much money you'll pay in rent each month (and on what day). Both the landlord and the tenant benefit from a lease.
What does it mean to have a 12-month lease?
Most lease agreements are for 12 months. In some case, the landlord could use a month-to-month lease. This type of lease allows you or the landlord to terminate the lease at the end of each month. What is a one-year lease?
One-Year Lease. Essentially, your one-year lease will continue on as a month-to-month lease once the year is up. Your landlord may want to sign another lease at the end of the term, but there is no obligation to create a new lease. Terms remain the same though rent can be increased.
Should I sign a 6 or 12 month lease?
Before committing to a 6 or 12-month lease, it's important to consider your short and long-term goals to plan accordingly. Financial Wellbeing: 6-month leases are often more expensive than longer term leases because managers have more security in long term tenants than short term tenants.
Is it better to sign a one year or two-year lease?
If you're confident that you'll stay in your new apartment for a while, consider signing a lease for a two-year term, if it's available. Although you'll lose the flexibility of being able to leave without breaking your lease after 12 months if things don't work out, committing to a two-year term has its benefits.
How does a yearly lease work?
