After a slow start and feeling misled by the "fill in your form for free" and then having to pay, I did get a full refund. The tech support was excellent - they were the only ones, that I could find, that could get me the rather complex fill in form from NY State Tax authorities (RP-5217). I still feel I should not have to pay a third party to file a required tax form - but that is an issue I'll have to take up with NYS, wish me good luck with that one.

I've enjoyed editing a pdf calendar with my families birthday and anniversary dates to gift this Christmas. Editing was a snap and I have saved my work so I can add more info if needed.

I was extremely happy with PDFFiller until I took an entire 2 hours worth of notes on a pdf and the website froze when I tried to save it. And then lost it all with no recovery option.

I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. I spoke with Nathan who was very helpful and kind. I was charged 75$ from my account and was told pdffiller was the ones who charged me. Nathan did everything he could do to help me solve these charges and said he would get back with me as soon as I sent a screen shot of bull. Within minutes Nathan contacted me back and explained where the charges came from. He was more helpful than the ones who charged me . I wish everyone was as kind, respectful and helpful as Nathan was.

What do you like best?
I enjoy PDF Filler because it is not as expensive as Adobe Pro, and it allows me to quickly edit, sign, and return any PDF document I would normally need to print out, and scan back to myself.
What do you dislike?
One dislike I have is the fact I need to download everything. It would be really helpful if everything would be automatically saved on something like a onedrive (cloud storage), where it would be automatically saved. This way, I can have a local folder on my computer without needing to go into the webpage and click download
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer need to waste paper to download a form, and fill it out. Normally I would need to do this, then scan it back to myself. now I can upload, edit, and sign the form which saves a lot of time.

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.
