With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. It's great. My kids have a lot of form for school that we have to print, sign, and then scan back into the computer. This prevents them (or me) from having to do this, great software!

Slick tool. Nice editing capabilities. Some of the menus are confusing - for example: finding where to update an existing link to fill document is challenging.

The service is very helpful for filling out lots of things. In addition, if you forget that it's a subscription service, they have the ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Highly amazed, 12/10

It is very easy to use, very self explanatory.
If you could include an electronic signature platform or integrate one like with adobe sign or some other document signature software would be great.

A Great Time Saving Tool
This software is a great time-saving tool in that it allows me to fill in, search, and edit forms and send them electronically within minutes. That way, I don't have to manually hand write information the form, then scan them (or mail them) and wait for recipients to respond. The software basically digitizes the workflow process, which saves me a lot of time.
The software is limited to specific industries and the forms and features that these industries use. Therefore, not all forms and features are fully applicable to our company so we can't take advantage of them.

Great Tool & Responsive Customer Support
I've been using pdfFiller for several years now, and find it easy to use to make quick changes to documents. It has improved over the time i've used it, as originally the font didn't always match and some sections couldn't be moved or deleted, but it now seems to have these features.
On a couple of occasions I've needed to raise a support ticket, and the team are very responsive, helpful and provide a resolution quickly.
The reason i've not given it 5 stars is because last year i had to edit a 60+ page instruction manual, and spent many hours over a couple of weeks trying to get it to work, but it kept crashing and not loading all the pages, which was frustrating and wasted a lot of time. In the end i gave up and redesigned the manual using another platform.
Overall, great for simple editing and the basic package is good value for a small business.
