I was looking for options for a one off issue I had with PDF forms and signed up to PDF Filler for the 1 month free trial. I realised shortly after this that I would have little use for this facility in the future but neglected to cancel the subscription within the free trial period. At the conclusion of the free trial period I was billed for the annual subscription, however I contacted the company via Customer Services live chat and without much trouble they cancelled the subscription and refunded the fee. Excellent service and very professional advisors.

Helps get the work done
I like that PDF Filler allows you to create a template and and works with interrogation apps so I can have forms filled in that I need for Every Client easily done.
With a Quick scan of any Paper form I can fill in without any challenges.
to print a Doc it is a Little slow but not to bad cant really think of any other cons

Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. Kara and some others were so great in helping me learn to do that. They were so patient and courteous! It was a pleasure to work with them as I am not computer savvy! I am very impressed with PDF filler and its features. i am not the most computer literate person and i do have a bit of trouble navigating around the program so a demo of some kind would help me a lot if there is one that i can watch. I guess its just a case of playing around with it but there's probably loads of easy shortcuts that i could use if i knew about them .

Great product and even better customer service
I used the product, which was excellent, once during the 30 day trial. However, through my own mistake in not cancelling due to e-mail mix up, I was enrolled in the full year subscription. I explained the situation to support and have been given a full refund. This has to be the best customer service and support I have ever received.

Combining two files was relatively easy once I read the How to Guide three times to figure it out. But editing text in the file resulted in a change in the font that was not particularly satisfying and could not be corrected.
