Great software, some things are not intuitive
You can edit documents, replace text, add fillable fields, etc. Great for documents that are used often and just need a few details changed.
"Replace text" can be difficult to use. Also the process of saving a document is kind of clunky.

some of the forms are the same but pdfFiller has them in different names. I keep filling out the same form over and over, thinking it's a different one. confusing.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. How do you edit formulas in PDF?
Navigate to the "Edit" tab on the toolbar and click the "Modify" button. Select the formula you want to modify and click on it. A dialog box appears where you can make the necessary changes to the formula. Once you have made the changes, click the "Save" button.
How do I add a formula to a fillable PDF?
Select the Total Price box, go to Text Box Properties > Calculate, and select the third option. You'll be able to input a formula into a text box by clicking the Edit button. For simple arithmetic computations, this formula box works very similarly to an Excel formula box.
How do I highlight a markup in PDF?
