Open the document you want to mark as final, click “File” and then select “Info” from the left pane. Click the “Protect Document” button and then choose “Mark as Final” from the menu. Click “OK” when Word warns you that the document will be marked as final and then saved. The Save As window is displayed automatically.
Marking FOUR Information Documents will be marked FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY at the bottom of the front cover (if there is one), the title page (if there is one), the first page, and the outside of the back cover (if there is one).
For Official Use Only (FOUR) For Official Use Only (FOUR) is a document designation, not a classification. This designation is used by Department of Defense and a number of other federal agencies to identify information or material which, although unclassified, may not be appropriate for public release.
UCI/FOUR information may be sent within authorized DoD components and DoD contractors, consultants, and grantees to conduct associated official business. Inform recipients of the status of such information, and send the material in a way that prevents unauthorized public disclosure.

Every portion (including title) will be portion marked on all classified documents. Unclassified portions that do not require any control markings will always be marked with (U).
Portion Marking The title or subject of a classified document is marked with the appropriate classification abbreviation in parentheses -- (TS), (S), (C), or (U) immediately following and to the right of the title or subject.
Each interior page of a classified document shall be marked with a banner line at the top and bottom of the page. Banner markings used on interior pages are also referred to as page markings.

So far so good. One change I would like to see, when I insert check marks and x's on a specific row, they come out unaligned. WOuld be nice if they were all aligned
