ECA certificates are digital credentials that attest to the certificate owner's identity and affiliation. They can be issued to people who reside in the U.S. or in a country that is approved by the U.S. government. Entrust also offers DoD-approved TLS/SSL certificates to secure website applications.
1. Go to Manage My Certificate > Certificate Management Center (CMC) > Access My Account and log in to your account with your digital certificate. 2. Select I would like to renew my account from the pull-down menu.
For standard single-name and wildcard certificates, it can take from a minimum of one hour to several hours, after you approve the SSL certificate. Occasionally, the issuance may take longer and require up to several days. This is the case when some issue occurs during the issuance or validation.
