VERY EASY TO USE. THE ONLY THING I THINK NEEDS TO CHANGE IS THAT WHEN I SAVE THE DOCUMENT, INSTEAD OF SAYING IRS FORM 940 (OR SOMETHING CLOSE TO THAT) I THINK THE YEAR OF THE FORM THAT WAS WORKED ON. FOR EXAMPLE: IRS FORM 940 2019

Due to mental illness I have severe limitations with sequencing, prioritizing, staying on track, paying attention to detail, and decreased information processing speed, just to name a few. I usually need more time to process instructions So when I first started playing/exploring this application I was really intimidated. I thought I was going to have to cancel the the trial, give up and cancel but to my surprise I'm starting to get the hang of things and I think I really like it. The capabilities of this application seam endless. I'm actually quite amazed I've never seen anything like it. Hopefully after watching a few webinars/training sessions I'll be able to learn even more. I'm excited and even more motivated because results I have exceeded my expectations.

How do I find my Entrust certificate on my computer?
Click on the Content tab. Then click on the Certificates button. Your certificate should be listed under the Personal tab. If it is not there, either the certificate was retrieved on a different computer (or browser) or it has been deleted.
How do I electronically sign my signature?
Using a Cell Phoneying a blank sheet of copy paper. Using the camera app on your phone, take a picture of the signature. It is recommended that you use the zoom functionality to minimize unnecessary white space. Email the photo to yourself. Save the file to a location where it will be easily accessible.
How long does Entrust take to process?
Await Authentication An Entrust Registration Agent will validate your information, approve your application and send you an electronic Welcome Letter. This process typically takes approximately three (3) business days and is generally completed within five (5) business days at most.
How do I use Entrust signature?

These certificates cannot be renewed after they expire. If your certificate has expired, you will need to apply for a new certificate. DoD ECA and Entrust Global Common (IGC) certificates expire one (1), two (2) or three (3) years from the date of issuance. These certificates cannot be renewed after they expire.
How do I reset my Entrust password?
If you cannot access your account with us because you have forgotten your Entrust Account passphrase, you can reset your password through the Certificate Management Center. You do not need to replace the certificate in this case. If you have a DOD ECA s-Certificate or t-Certificate, a key recovery will need to be done.
