I like the ease of use. I do think the help system needs and upgrade. Should have a searchable index. It is hard to find topics. I am an experienced software guy and just want to find out how to do thinks.

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed.
I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature.
I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.

Well I'm still learning But the Draw option is AWESOME ,It lets you Sign in Real Time + It's Your Real Signature,Not a Generated one from putting text in a box and using thePC's script font to generate a signature .. Yes, there is an architectural limit for PDF file. As file offset information must be expressed in 10 digits in cross-reference (xref) table, the maximum size of a PDF file is limited to 10 digits which means 10 GB.

PDF files max size is about 5 GB. Some devices (network drive) cannot handle files larger than 2 GB, regarding of their formatting.
