Select Mail on the left-hand side and click on the Signatures button. Click on New and type a name for your email signature, press OK. Paste your signature using CTRL + V into the text area.
Insert the texts or links you want in your signature. When you're ready to add the logo, open your image in a new tab. Right-click on the image, and select Copy Image from the dropdown list. Go back to the Signature editor, and place your cursor where you want to insert the logo.

The most common reason for images displaying as attachments is that some messages are sent in the plain text format instead of the HTML format. As the plain text format does not support embedding or viewing images, all images are automatically attached to the message.
Right click in the Signature Editor and choose Insert Image Then simply type the URL of the image in the Picture Source field. Use the Picture icon in the Signature Editor and type the URL of the image in the File name field.
Place the cursor in your Word document where you want to insert a signature. Click the Insert tab. Select Signature Line. A menu will appear. Fill out the required fields. Select OK.
If no signature has been previously stored on the device, tap Create Signature, or to replace an existing signature, tap Clear Saved Signature and re-tap > Create Signature. Tap to use your camera to capture an image of your signature. (You can also Hand draws a signature or tap to choose an image on your device.)
