Answer to my prayers. TurboTax, IRS, other www sites gave me horrors. I started your site one day and somehow decided to leave and why I decided to go back to those other sites again was a HUGE mistake ... it all gave me horrors. I prayed again this morning and low and behold, your site was simple as apples to apples. I gave God the biggest smile and thank you for solving my nightmare to fill out the contractors 1099-misc for 2016. Late I am and was because of my health, and the contractor didn't sign the W-9 form which I had waited for which he finally emailed it to me. Saves so much time
I like this software because it is so easy to use. It saved me time and allowed me to quickly complete the necessary document
The only con I have with this software was that when printed it did not print all of the words typed in

This is only used once in awhile.
Being able to take a PDF and change it to Word document. Being able to add comments to a PDF is easy as well.
This needs easier user instructions so use can make the changes needed. It can difficult to find the processes.

I have trouble using the pdffiller on my laptop, I can not upload b/c the screen is not wide enough to get to the click button. I can on my desktop when I go into the office. Sometimes the app does not give me the ability to save or download - I have to play with it back in forth before it will save as a fillable file. But my biggest issue is using my laptop when I work remotely and I have to use it. Thanks for inquiry and the survey to give me the opportunity to voice a concern.

The UI were strange at times(As I sometimes had to look for something specific) , but overall my experience were really good as I am able to achieve my goal everytime with ease. I were using the edit pdf feature and again a bit of trouble trying to establish what I was looking for, but once I found it, it was quite an ease.

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.
