I like it but wish there was an edit instead of erase and text to change something. There may be but I'm not aware of it so a webinar would be very helpful.

The forms are very easy to fill out. I was unable to comments in a few places where I ran out of room for heirs and needed to include a comment to refer to an additional page.

This is only used once in awhile.
Being able to take a PDF and change it to Word document. Being able to add comments to a PDF is easy as well.
This needs easier user instructions so use can make the changes needed. It can difficult to find the processes.

Very good tool to add editable fields to pdf files. The maneuvering process can be a little awkward and can use some user feedback in those regards, but all in all, very worth the price.

How do you write a break clause?
A typical break clause The tenant agrees that the landlord has the right to terminate the tenancy after the first four months by giving the tenant not less than two months notice in writing to end the agreement. The notice must expire at the end of a relevant period, being the 15th day of the month.

A break clause is a clause in a contract that allows a person or party to end the contract early. Each contract may be slightly different, and depending on the length of the contract the break clause can be found anywhere in the tenancy (though not usually in the first 6 months of a tenancy term).
