App produces error during install for smartphones. Should favor browser entry, or at least make link more prominent. Also, the way that some of the advanced features are not available to a subscription is a bit misleading they way they are presented IMO... At the very least, the base subscription should provide limited quantities of some of the more advanced features... (monthly counter etc.) ~ Because the casual user may really benefit from these features (in low volume.) And there's little incentive to not just "get by" with the free services if they're not available.

The ease of which it is to use and located templates that are applicable.

In the beginning did not find it to be user friendly that all changed when they reached out to me to offer help.

User interface can be better This is a pretty good website to merge pdfs. Overall has everything you need. I do believe the user interface can be easier to use for those who aren't as tech savvy.

Although the document normally includes four to five paragraphs, it's a good idea to place bullet points in your cover letter. One bulleted list works wonders for the layout. It breaks up the text, which makes the letter more reader-friendly. Also, it's a great way to draw attention to your expertise.
Each bullet point should include a concise phrase or sentence that begins with an action word. You can include a period at the end of each sentence. Avoid having too much text for each bullet point. Once the text following a bullet point spreads to three lines, it might make more sense in paragraph form.
One of the best ways to do this is by using bullet points. When the information provided in bullet points is a complete sentence, it should begin with a capital letter and end with proper punctuation. Bullet points do not necessarily have to be complete sentences.
Use a period (full stop) after every bullet point that is a sentence (as these bullets do). Use a period after every bullet point that completes the introductory stem. Use no punctuation after bullets that are not sentences and do not complete the stem. Use all sentences or all fragments, not a mixture.
If the text of your bullet point is a complete sentence (or multiple sentences), use capital letters and punctuation. Capitalization is a style choice with sentence fragments, you can choose to start each with either upper- or lower-case letters.
Bullet points can be used in various sections of a cover letter. Almost anywhere, in fact. You can use bullet points to highlight your relevant experience or skills in the middle of your cover letter, allowing you to cut down otherwise length skill paragraphs which would just be a rehash of your CV.
When writing a cover letter, specific information needs to be included: a contact section, a salutation, an introduction to the hiring manager, information on why you are qualified for the job, a closing, and your signature. The way the information is listed and the format depend on how you are sending your letter.
