Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I was surprised to get an email from PDF filler offering me an upgrade to my subscription so that I could get all the features that I want free for a year. It was helpful, but it only put the payers name on copy A, the other copies had all the information there, except the payers name, address, city,state, zip.......the main header.

It saves me time in messing with duplication of forms and figuring out the proper operating program. All you program is in PDF which is great.

What do you like best?
I like that the website is very easy to use and allows many different functions, including digital signatures and saving directly into your computer. I also like the options to save a template to use, which saves me a lot of time as I am always using the same forms.

I dislike that I always have to log in again every time I use the website.

Digital signatures. Being able to edit PDF with a Mac since most PDF programs are only compatible with windows.

im so pleased with how simple and easy it is to edit pdf files. love all the features. very user friendly. the only thing of concern is the high price

I've used their software and it's extreemly good. But what I liked most about their company was their integrity. Twice our auto renewal popped and most companies would use this as a gotcha moment to take your money. Both times we didn't require the auto renewal they credited within 2hrs of an email. Amazing customer service and great company integrity. Would reccomend to anyone.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

The application is good and offers trials time but charged your money straight away, luckily the support said the money will be refunded back into my bank account.

Great software program
Great software program, lots of useful and dynamic features, good trial offer - better than all comp., fairly user friendly interface given some basic computer skills, etc. There are a few limitations or features that if were avail., I would increase my rating to 5 instead of 4. Thank you..
