Good site/product. The only thing that bothers me is that is seems like when you email from the application (rather than save to your computer and forward) it seemingly wants the recipient to "buy" PDFfiller in order to print or use the pdf. I might have this wrong based on a hurried initial exchange.

At first was a bit different in look and function but after a short time became very easy and logical to use. Still wish you could print directly from editing screen.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
You can find them on your property deed, on the survey you received when you bought your home, or by using the mapping tools at the county assessor's office. Use your boundary lines to determine where to legally place desired items.
Use a search engine to find your local property maps. These types of maps are often called Geographical Information System or GIS. Find the website for your county. Enter your property address in the appropriate field or your name. View maps and property information on your home.
If you would like to include property lines in the Google Earth view, then first go to the Earth Point Property Search page. Enter the parcel number of numbers, click the “View on Google Earth” button, and proceed as above. If the listing is already in MLS, another method is to go to the Earth Point Home page.
Gmap4 is the browser app I developed that is used to display your property line map. Anyone can try out Gmap4's ability to use the GPS in their cell phone or tablet. For the best GPS accuracy, see the prior section.
Property boundaries are often identified above ground with the use of stakes to mark the corner points. Years ago, wooden stakes were often used to mark property lines. More recently, long metal posts that are visible about 1 to 2 feet above ground have been used.
Check your deed. Your deed contains a description in words of your property's boundaries. Review your property survey. When you bought your home, it's likely you received a map, also known as a plat, showing property lines and measurements. Hire a surveyor.
Blue is used for timber harvest boundaries, which include the tree that is painted.
Go to your front curb and measure back about 15 feet in the area you think your marker should be. Use a metal detector and then start digging. The marker should be about 6-10 inches below the surface. Newer survey pins may have a colored cap with numbers on the top.
